Work Experience:

(2014-Present) Cyient – OSP Engineer

Engineered, designed and developed Outside Plant network installations, modifications, and upgrades. 
Responsible for organizing complex activities for the development, implementation, and maintenance of OSP engineering projects. Used sound engineering practices to resolve issues in imaginative and effective ways.
Utilized a high level of communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships with clients. Engineer design evaluations to including cost-effective utilization of materials. Completed any and all administrative work relating to projects and assignments included but not limited to Statement of Works, City permits and billing Metrix.

 

(2013-2014) Energy Shop – Electrical Engineer Apprentice

Provided customer support to the director of sales as well as assisted the master electrician. Assisted in installing solar panels at customer and business sites. Drilled holes into the rafters to hold the panels. Connect the panels to the electrical supply.

 

(2012 – 2013) AT&T - U-Verse Premise Technician

Provided service to customers through the services department at ATT U-Verse. I installed Coax/CAT 5 cable as a certified pole climber, Trouble-shot problems within customer’s residence, used residential gateway to provide service within subscribers home, Modified wireless/IP address within gateway and set up all devices by linking them together to gain the best customer satisfaction.

 

U.S. Army Reserve SGT Network Engineer April 2008- Present

Government Secret Clearance Responsible for installing, operating, and performing maintenance on cable and wire communications systems, communications devices and all wireless and electronic devices. Installed 250,000 ft. + fiber/ 80,000 ft. + copper cable and tower antennas to set up and maintain communications for on-going missions in support of Operation New Dawn, Iraq. Managed and coordinated a team that successfully ran 2000 ft. of Fiber and installed 2000 ft. of CAT5e cable using color code 568A/B. I trained numerous soldiers in termination, installation, and resolution of fiber optics and CAT5 cable as well as all desktop support for our unit. I managed 6 soldiers who reported directly to myself.
